Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Team Leader to drive business growth through agent recruitment, development, and sales management. The candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team of insurance advisors and achieving business targets in Vikarabad and nearby locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales goals.
• Drive life insurance business through the agency channel.
• Conduct field activities, customer meetings, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor advisor productivity and provide regular coaching.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, banking, financial services, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Local market knowledge of Vikarabad and surrounding areas.
