Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and manage field sales within the assigned territory. The candidate should have hands-on experience in QR code installation, merchant onboarding, and team handling. The TSM will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, ensuring activation of QR solutions, and managing a field sales team of 8 members to achieve business targets.

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Merchant Acquisition Drive merchant onboarding and QR code installations across the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential markets, retailers, and business opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor merchant activation and transaction growth after onboarding.
  • Team Management Handle and supervise a field sales team of 8 executives.
  • Assign daily targets and track field activities of team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Support the team with field visits and market coverage strategies.
  • Responsibilities Ensure proper installation and activation of QR codes at merchant outlets.
  • Monitor check-ins, attendance, and productivity of field executives.
  • Ensure proper collateral management and branding visibility at merchant locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and installations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Required Skills: Strong experience in QR code installation and merchant onboarding.
  • Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of field sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in mobile applications and reporting tools.


Prior experience in fintech, payment solutions, telecom, or merchant acquisition industry.

Experience in handling field sales teams.

Strong local market understanding and relationship-building skills.
