Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our web, app, mobile development and digital marketing services
- Generate leads for new business registrations — Proprietorship, LLP, and Private Limited Company setup
- Reach out to businesses currently working with other CA firms and pitch our services for a smooth takeover/transition
- Explain service offerings clearly, answer client queries, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with the sales/consulting team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/call log
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets
- Build rapport with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Coordinate with the marketing team to work on fresh leads from campaigns
- Good communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi — specify languages required]
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Basic computer knowledge — comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
- Target-driven attitude with willingness to learn about our service offerings
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
