We are looking for an action-oriented, growth-driven HR Marketing & Field Recruitment Manager. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines strategic planning with aggressive on-the-ground fieldwork. Your primary mission is to expand our business footprint by establishing strategic local partnerships, executing field-based talent acquisition drives, and building a high-performing recruitment and admissions/sales network.
