Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

Arrange and book domestic and international flight tickets.

Coordinate train, bus, and other travel bookings as required.

Ensure timely travel arrangements for employees, clients, and management.

Hotel & Accommodation Booking

Manage hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements.

Coordinate with hotels and travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.

Vendor Negotiation

Negotiate airfare, hotel rates, transportation charges, and travel packages.

Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners.

Budget & Travel Policy Compliance

Ensure all travel expenses are within approved budgets.

Follow and implement the company's travel policy for all bookings.

Monitor travel costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Travel Calendar Management

Maintain and update the company travel calendar.

Track upcoming travel schedules, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

Provide travel reports and MIS as required.

Visa & Documentation

Coordinate visa applications and related documentation for international travel.

Ensure compliance with visa regulations, passport validity, and travel requirements.
