ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Service Engineer to handle breakdown and maintenance calls for our industrial cleaning and surface treatment equipment already installed at customer sites — a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone strong on the electrical and controls side.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Attend service calls — breakdowns and scheduled maintenance visits — for machines already installed and commissioned at customer sites

•     Diagnose and resolve faults, with particular strength in electrical and controls troubleshooting (PLC, wiring, sensors, drives)

•     Communicate clearly with customers during visits on the issue, the fix, and expected timelines

•     Coordinate spare parts requirements with Purchase and Stores ahead of visits

•     Maintain service visit logs and root cause records for every call

•     Escalate complex or unresolved faults to Design or the Controls and Automation Engineer

•     Support scheduled AMC visits for customers under maintenance contracts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering

•     2–3 years of hands-on experience servicing industrial machinery, with exposure to electrical and controls troubleshooting

•     Comfortable working independently at customer sites with minimal supervision

•     Clear, calm communicator — customers are often dealing with a breakdown under pressure

•     Willing to travel extensively, including outstation visits

COMPENSATION

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

Work Location Vasai Factory, Maharashtra (extensive field travel)

Working Days Monday – Saturday, standard shift
