⏰ Shift: Rotational

💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000/-

✨ Job Responsibilities:

✅ Handle and lead a team in Motor & General Insurance sales process

✅ Drive team performance and achieve sales targets

✅ Monitor calls, provide coaching & performance feedback

✅ Handle customer/team escalations effectively

✅ Ensure process compliance and team productivity

✅ Motivate and mentor team members for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1+ year experience as Team Leader / Sr. Associate in BPO

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔️ Experience in Voice / Non-Voice process

✔️ Strong team handling and escalation management skills

✔️ Insurance sales experience preferred
