Job Description
The Pastels Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate interior design and renovation projects in Vasai, Virar, Mumbai, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for residential interior design and renovation projects.
- Meet builders, brokers, society members, and homeowners.
- Build relationships with channel partners and referral sources.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain lead records.
- Schedule client meetings for the design team.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in sales, real estate, insurance, banking, or marketing preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field work.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
Salary: ₹12,000–15,000 + Attractive Incentives
Incentives will be paid based on qualified leads, client meetings, and projects converted.
