Objective: 

Drive end-to-end execution of all customer orders from confirmation to dispatch, ensuring timelines, coordination, and communication are flawless.

Core Responsibilities 

1. Project Ownership

* Own every order after sales closure

* Create project timelines (design → purchase → production → dispatch)

* Track progress daily

2. Cross-functional Coordination

* Align with:

  * Sales (order clarity)

  * Design (drawings)

  * Purchase (material readiness)

  * Production (execution)

  * Dispatch (delivery)

3. Timeline & Delay Management

* Identify delays early

* Escalate BEFORE it becomes a problem

* Maintain buffer planning

4. Customer Communication

* Send proactive updates

* Handle delays professionally

* Maintain credibility

5. Daily Reporting

* Maintain project dashboard

* Report:

  * Delayed projects

  * Risk areas

  * Bottlenecks

KPIs that will be tracked 

* % On-time delivery

* Number of escalations avoided

* Project cycle time

* Customer complaints

* Internal delay reasons tracked

 Candidate Profile

* 4–8 years experience in manufacturing/project environment

* Strong follow-up discipline 

* Must coordinate across teams

* Comfortable with tools (Excel / basic software)

* ⁠Additional knowledge of other AI / PM tools will be appreciated
