Production Manager

Responsible for end-to-end production management - from planning and manufacturing to dispatch and after-sales support, ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with Design, Sales, Purchase & Stores

* Review datasheets and ensure timely drawing readiness

* Prepare MRN based on approved drawings/client confirmation

* Plan and track production schedules as per delivery timelines

* Decide in-house vs outsourced manufacturing

* Select and manage vendors; monitor quality and progress

* Ensure material availability and coordinate procurement

* Maintain product quality, finishing, and specifications

* Coordinate client inspections, trials, and dispatch readiness

* Handle documentation: as-built drawings, manuals, reports

* Support installation and after-sales service

* Maintain organized project files and drawing records

Requirements:

* Experience in production/plant management (preferably fabrication/machinery)

* Strong coordination and vendor management skills

* Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
