􊾄 Role Overview

The Planning Execu􀆟ve will be responsible for coordina􀆟ng produc􀆟on planning, material planning,

and workflow scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient plant opera􀆟ons. The role requires strong

analy􀆟cal skills, a􀆩en􀆟on to detail, and coordina􀆟on with mul􀆟ple internal departments to meet

produc􀆟on and delivery 􀆟melines.

􊾄 Key Responsibili􀆟es

1. Produc􀆟on & Capacity Planning

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly produc􀆟on plans based on order requirements.

 Monitor plant capacity u􀆟liza􀆟on and adjust schedules as required.

 Coordinate with produc􀆟on teams to ensure 􀆟mely execu􀆟on of plans.

2. Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

 Prepare and monitor material requirement sheets based on BOM and produc􀆟on plan.

 Coordinate with procurement team to ensure 􀆟mely availability of raw materials.

 Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

3. Workflow & Process Coordina􀆟on

 Ensure smooth coordina􀆟on between produc􀆟on, quality, purchase, logis􀆟cs, and dispatch.

 Maintain planning dashboards and update progress status daily.

 Iden􀆟fy process bo􀆩lenecks and suggest improvements.

4. Data Analysis & Repor􀆟ng

 Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to planning, produc􀆟on, and inventory.

 Track delivery schedules and monitor on-􀆟me performance.

 Analyze produc􀆟on delays and prepare correc􀆟ve ac􀆟on reports.

5. Customer Order Management

 Understand customer requirements and align produc􀆟on schedules accordingly.

 Track order fulfillment and ensure 􀆟mely dispatches.

 Communicate delivery 􀆟melines to sales and management.

􊾄 Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong analy􀆟cal and numerical skills

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)

 Knowledge of ERP / SAP / planning tools preferred

 Good communica􀆟on & coordina􀆟on skills

 Ability to work under deadlines

 Process-oriented and detail-focused

􊾄 Qualifica􀆟ons

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Opera􀆟ons / Supply Chain / Commerce

 1–3 years of experience in produc􀆟on planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain

(Freshers with good analy􀆟cal skills may also apply)

􊾄 Preferred Industry Experience

 Manufacturing / Engineering

 Medical devices

 Ceramics / Chemicals / Bioceramics (op􀆟onal)
