Job Description
Joining and exit formalities.
Attendance, salary preparation, maintain ESIC and PF
1. Recruitment and Selection:
● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
● Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and manage the entire recruitment process.
● Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection and onboarding of new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
● Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
● Mediate and resolve employee disputes or issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
● Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and initiatives.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
● Administer and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
● Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
● Educate employees on benefits, handle enrollment, and manage employee benefits inquiries.
4. Training and Development:
● Identify training and development needs within the organization.
● Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
● Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
5. Performance Management:
● Design and implement performance management systems and processes.
● Set performance goals, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback to employees.
● Develop and execute performance improvement plans where necessary.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
● Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
● Ensure compliance with employment laws, such as equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination regulations.
● Maintain accurate employee records and documentation for legal and reporting purposes.
● Preparation of Salary Payroll, PF, ESIC, Profession Tax etc…
● Factory compliance like – Factory license, MPCB license etc. experience.
7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
● Collect and analyze HR data, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance metrics.
● Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
● Identify trends and provide insights to improve HR processes and initiatives.
8. Employee Engagement and Culture:
● Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
● Promote a positive work culture and ensure alignment with the organization's values.
● Organize employee events, recognition programs, and communication channels to foster employee morale and teamwork.
9. HR Administration:
● Manage HR administrative tasks, such as employee contracts, personnel files, and HR software systems.
● Process payroll, maintain accurate employee records, and handle employee data confidentiality.
● Stay updated with HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in labor laws and regulations.
Qualification: B.Com / Diploma in HR / Bachelor Degree in HR
Experience: Minimum Experience of 10 Years in Manufacturing Industry.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Candidate should have excellent communications & well versed in English.
Preferably Male candidate staying in nearby locality would be given first preference.
