Job Description
Position: Hr Executive
Experience: 6 months / 1 year
Location: Vasai East
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and manage the hiring process until joining.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Requirements:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
· Good with excel and word
· Ability to handle multiple positions and close requirements on time.
