Mission: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Head of Business Operation to take full ownership of our manufacturing plant's performance. You will be the engine that drives operational efficiency, manufacturing excellence, and strategic production alignment with sales and business development goals.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
- Benefits: Annual Bonus & Comprehensive Health Insurance (Details discussed in the final interview stage)
The Impact You'll Have (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead Plant Operations: Oversee the entire operation—from raw material entry to final dispatch, covering production, quality assurance, logistics, and safety.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and implement Process Improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle time.
- Strategy & Growth: Work closely with the sales team to synchronize production planning and directly supporting Product Innovation and Business Development strategies.
- Quality Champion: Instituting and enforcing strict Quality Control Management and compliance across all processes.
- Building the Team: Setting clear operational goals, monitoring performance, and mentoring a robust operations team.
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a senior operational or plant management role.
- Education: Graduate required. BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or PG Diploma preferred.
- Age Range: 30 – 50 years.
- Industry Fit: Strong preference for experience in Manufacturing, Production, Printing, Publishing, or Packaging.
- Core Skills: Process Improvement, Production Planning, Quality Control, Cross-functional Coordination (Sales/Operations), and Business Development Strategy.
- Language: Intermediate English.
