Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator with good knowledge of Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, and able to handle day-to-day office data and documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and accounting records.
• Maintain Excel sheets for reports, stock, and other office records.
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word.
• Manage files, records, and office documentation.
• Generate reports as required.
• Perform basic email and internet-related tasks.
• Assist with other administrative and office work.
• able to write emails

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
