Role OverviewCommis 3 is an entry-level kitchen role focused on basic food preparation and assisting higher-level commis and chefs. This role supports the backbone of kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBasic prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Assist in preparing masalas, batters, chutneys, and accompaniments.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper waste management and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support Commis 2 and Commis 1 in finishing tasks.
• Restock stations and maintain organized storage.
