CNC Machine Operator

Operate CNC machines as per production schedule.

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.

Perform basic machine setup and tool changes as instructed.

Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).

Maintain quality standards and report any defects immediately.

Keep the machine and work area clean and organized (5S).

Record production data accurately.

Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Inform the supervisor of machine breakdowns or production issues.

Avoid unnecessary machine downtime and ensure efficient operation.
