Job Summary:

The Real Estate Closing Manager oversees the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring that contracts, title, financing, documentation, compliance, and closing activities are completed accurately and on schedule. This role coordinates with buyers, sellers, lenders, title/escrow companies, attorneys, agents, and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate successful closings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the closing process from executed contract through final settlement.

Review purchase agreements, amendments, disclosures, title documents, and closing statements.

Track critical dates, contingencies, inspections, financing, title clearance, and closing requirements.

Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and clients.

Identify and resolve title, documentation, financing, and compliance issues.

Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly executed.

Monitor transaction pipelines and provide regular status updates.

Review settlement statements/Closing Disclosures for accuracy.

Coordinate final walkthroughs, signing appointments, funding, recording, and disbursement.

Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Improve closing procedures, workflows, and turnaround times.

Supervise and/or support closing coordinators and other transaction staff when applicable.
