Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and networking

Meet customers and explain company services/products

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business

Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations

Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth service execution

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
