Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the complete accounting and financial operations of our pillow and cushion manufacturing factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, purchase and sales entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Manage vendor payments, customer outstanding, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of raw materials, stock, production expenses, and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle invoicing, e-way bills, debit/credit notes, and documentation.
- Manage salary, labour wages, and other factory expenses.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for financial reports and month-end closing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing unit. Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance is essential.
