Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate sales through effective telephonic communication.
- Explain product features, offers, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Experience:
- 1–8 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Pharmacy, FMCG, or Retail will be preferred.
