Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, client acquisition, sales presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.

  • Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Meet prospective clients and present company products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Required Qualifications
