JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES CUM MONITORING EXECUTIVE

What You'll Do (Your Mission!)

Sales:

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

• Meet prospective clients and promote advertising solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.

Monitoring:

• Visit assigned media sites regularly for inspection and monitoring.

• Capture and upload site photographs through company software.

• Monitor site condition, branding quality, and illumination status.

• Report maintenance requirements and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate site monitoring records and reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in client interactions and field work.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Field Operations (Freshers may also apply).

Additional Requirements :

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Must have a personal laptop and smartphone.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
