Resident Medical Officer

Assess, examine, and treat admitted patients.

Attend and manage medical emergencies promptly.

Monitor patients' clinical condition and maintain accurate medical records.

Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as required.

Coordinate with consultants and specialists regarding patient management.

Perform basic medical procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, catheterization, and CPR.

Ensure proper documentation of patient history, treatment, and progress notes.

Communicate with patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans.

Follow hospital protocols, infection control guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Participate in clinical rounds and handover during shift changes.
