Job Description – Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 2–6 years. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Teach through play-based and activity-based learning methods.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and classroom displays.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.
• Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
