Job Description
We are looking for a Plant Manager Cum Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our Tile Adhesive Manufacturing Plant. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing plant workers, ensuring product quality, maintaining machinery, monitoring raw material and stock, and achieving production targets. He will also ensure workplace safety, prepare daily reports, coordinate with dispatch and stores, and maintain smooth plant operations. Experience in tile adhesive, wall putty, dry mix mortar, cement, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
