About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Photo Editor & Lightroom Color Grader who can handle wedding, engagement, pre-wedding, fashion, and event photography edits with a premium cinematic look. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, basic Photoshop skills, color correction, skin tone balancing, and image selection workflow.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, haldi, mehndi, and fashion shoot photos.
2. Work mainly on Adobe Lightroom Classic for color grading and photo correction.
3. Maintain natural skin tones, premium colors, sharpness, contrast, and overall image quality.
4. Cull/select the best photos from raw data as per company standards.
5. Apply consistent color grading across full events and albums.
6. Basic Photoshop work like skin clean-up, object removal, background clean-up, and minor retouching.
7. Prepare photos for client delivery, album selection, Instagram posts, reels covers, and website use.
8. Follow the company’s editing style, preset system, folder structure, and delivery timeline.
9. Coordinate with the production/post-production manager for task updates and corrections.
10. Maintain proper backup, file naming, export settings, and data safety.

• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Good sense of wedding color grading and cinematic tones
• Understanding of exposure, white balance, contrast, highlights, shadows, and skin tone
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to edit bulk wedding photos with consistency
• Good eye for details, emotions, expressions, and photo selection
• Knowledge of RAW photo workflow
• Fast and organized working style
• Ability to follow deadlines and feedback
• Preferred ExperienceMinimum 1 years of experience in wedding/photo editing
• Experience in Indian wedding photography editing will be preferred
• Portfolio or sample edited photos required
• Knowledge of album photo selection will be an advantage
• Software KnowledgeAdobe Lightroom Classic — Must
• Adobe Photoshop — Basic to Intermediate
• Google Drive / Hard Drive data handling — Preferred
• Candidate Should BeCreative and detail-oriented
• Responsible with client data
• Comfortable working from office
• Able to handle pressure during wedding season
• Open to feedback and revisions
• Serious about long-term growth with the company

Working StyleThis is not only a software-based job. We need someone who understands emotions, wedding moments, skin tones, lighting, and premium storytelling through colors. The editor should be able to make photos look beautiful, clean, natural, and luxury without over-editing.
