Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and identify potential customers through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, social media and references.

• Visit shops, offices, institutions, builders, contractors, industries and other potential clients.
• Promote our solutions including CCTV Surveillance, Networking, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Fighting, Solar Solutions, PA/Audio Systems and other electronic security solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and enquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, builders and corporate clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads and follow-ups.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with good marketing skills may also apply.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in CCTV, IT, Electronics, Telecom or Security Industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, email and MS Office.
• Must be confident in meeting customers and conducting field marketing.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
