Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Sales: Identify potential clients, network to generate leads, and sell various types of insurance policies. 

Needs Assessment: Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, risk exposure, and long-term goals to recommend suitable coverage. 

Policy Guidance: Explain different insurance plans, their benefits, terms, and conditions, and help customize policies to meet client needs. 

Application and Underwriting: Assist clients with completing application forms and obtaining underwriting approval for policies. 

Client Service: Provide ongoing support by processing changes to policies, assisting with claims, and performing policy evaluations. 

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction. 

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide the most relevant advice. 

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and confidential client records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Sales Skills: Ability to promote insurance products and close sales effectively. 

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. 

Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and financial situations to match them with appropriate policies.

Licensing: Must obtain the necessary licenses to sell insurance policies.
