Job Description
Job DescriptionDigisecure Technology is looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV & Security System Technician for installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and other electronic security systems at residential, commercial, corporate and government project sites.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and configuration of IP & Analog CCTV Cameras, DVRs and NVRs.
- CCTV camera mounting, focusing and proper positioning.
- Installation and configuration of PoE switches, network switches and routers.
- CAT6, coaxial and other cable laying, dressing, crimping and termination.
- Configure IP addresses, remote/mobile viewing and network connectivity.
- Installation of HDDs and basic DVR/NVR configuration.
- Troubleshoot camera, cable, power supply, network and recording issues.
- Installation and maintenance of Access Control, Intercom and PA/Audio Systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service calls at customer sites.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing material requirements.
- Maintain professional behaviour and properly communicate with customers.
- Coordinate with the project/sales team for timely completion of installations.
- Candidate RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware or Networking preferred.
- Fresher with good technical knowledge or experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in CCTV installation and networking will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of LAN, IP addressing and networking.
- Ability to use drilling machines, crimping tools, testers and other installation tools.
- Willing to travel to different customer/project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn new technologies.
