Key Responsibilities·    

   

Identify and approach residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

·       Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

·       Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

·       Explain solar solutions, pricing, savings, and benefits.

·       Maintain relationships with existing clients.

·       Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.

·       Coordinate with installation and support teams.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Required Skills·       


Strong communication and negotiation skills

·       Field sales experience preferred

·       Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy industry

·       Customer relationship management

·       Ability to travel locally


Qualifications :Graduate in any discipline; experience in sales or renewable energy preferred.


Compensation Fixed salary + incentives (as per company policy).
