Ecommerce Catalog Manager

About the role

We are a fast-growing religious goods company based in Kashi, selling on Amazon, Walmart, Meesho, and Flipkart across India, USA, and Canada. We're looking for an experienced, reliable catalog manager to take ownership of our listings — someone who's handled real seller accounts before and can be trusted with pricing, content, and account health.

Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Panel

What you will do

• Edit titles, bullets, descriptions, prices, and images on existing listings
• Close inactive or duplicate listings using bulk upload tools
• Fix incomplete and suppressed listings flagged by Amazon
• Upload new images and A+ content provided by our design team
• Track listing health, quality scores, and Buy Box status
• Coordinate with the design team for content needs
• Maintain a daily tracker of work completed
• Help with Meesho and Flipkart catalog when needed
• Who we are looking for
• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets (basic formulas, copy-paste, sorting)
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail — small errors in listings cost us money
• Basic English reading and writing (most Amazon tools are in English)
• Hindi for daily team communication
• Self-driven and takes ownership of work
• Exposure to running a real multi-brand e-commerce business
• Performance bonuses during Sawan (July) and Diwali (October–November)

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub or Meesho Panel experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets — formulas, VLOOKUP, sorting, bulk uploads
• Strong attention to detail — this role has direct control over pricing and live listings, so accuracy matters
• Basic English reading/writing, Hindi for team communication
• Trustworthy and reliable — this role involves access to pricing, account settings, and sensitive seller data; we'll be checking references
• Self-driven, takes ownership without needing constant follow-up
