Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Varanasi | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Marketing Manager
About the Role
The Lexsphere seeks a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and strengthen brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads
- Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Create and schedule engaging content: posts, blogs, reels, newsletters, graphics
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search rankings and conversions
- Run Google Ads and Meta Ads; monitor budgets and ROI
- Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights; prepare monthly reports
- Manage lead generation, CRM updates, and email automation
- Conduct competitor and market research; identify new growth channels
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for cohesive branding
- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and basic video editing
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Google/HubSpot certifications
- Experience marketing professional or legal services
