Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare waffles, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Take customer orders and explain menu items.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Monitor stock and inform the manager about inventory requirements.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Provide friendly customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
