Job Description
Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Transport/Cargo
· Book consignments, prepare bills & ensure all entries are made in the system
· Unloading and loading of vehicles as per documents and highlighting any short/excess/damage immediately
· Assist in managing daily deliveries & prepare other documents related to transportation & deliveries as per the requisite format
· Attend customer complaints & resolve.
· Coordinating with other branches for customer complaints and find their resolution promptly
· Taking daily inventory in the warehouse and ensuring all material is tallied on a daily basis
· Following with customers for godown deliveries on call/whatsapp
· Maintaining daily log of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
· Ensure that all documents related to deliveries have proper signed and stamped (POD)
· Carry out other tasks as delegated by Branch Head and Head Office
Skills required
- Good Communication
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
