MIS Executive – 3PL / Logistics Operations

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive for our Vapi branch. The candidate should have experience in a Logistics / 3PL / Transport company and should be comfortable working on advanced Excel, ERP and customer emails.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and send daily stock MIS reports to customers in Excel.
• Maintain daily stock, inward, outward, dispatch and other operational data.
• Check customer emails and queries on a daily basis and give proper and professional replies.
• Coordinate with the operations team to collect the required information for customer queries.
• Make daily entries in the Lozics ERP system and maintain accurate data.
• Should have good knowledge of the complete day-to-day process in Lozics ERP.
• Check ERP data with Excel reports and identify any mismatch or error.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by customers and management.
• Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, documents and other branch activities.
• Follow up with the concerned team for pending information and ensure reports are sent on time.
• Prepare Excel reports as per different customer requirements.
• Support the branch team with data, reports and documentation whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in MIS / Computer Operations / Data Entry in a Logistics, 3PL or Transport company.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing daily stock and logistics MIS reports.
• Good experience in handling customer emails and queries.
• Hands-on experience with any Logistics ERP/WMS/TMS. Experience with Logix ERP will be preferred.
• Good typing speed and data accuracy.
• Good written English for professional email communication.
• Should be able to work independently and complete daily reports on time.
• Preferred Experience Candidates who have previously worked in a 3PL, warehouse, CFS, transport or logistics company will be preferred.
