Ecommerce Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Dispatch Executive to manage order dispatches, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain coordination between warehouse, logistics partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily dispatch operations and track shipment status.
2. Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
3. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
4. Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system entries.
5. Handle dispatch-related queries, delays, or issues efficiently.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock availability.
7. Ensure packaging standards and order accuracy before dispatch.

Requirements

1. Minimum 6months of experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
2. Strong coordination and communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems.
4. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
