Vehicle Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced candidate with knowledge of automobile car repair and workshop operations. The candidate should be able to understand customer vehicle issues, coordinate with mechanics, and ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to car servicing and repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and understand customer complaints.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for repair work.
• Explain repair estimates and service details to customers.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain good customer relationships and service records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an automobile workshop or car service center.
• Basic knowledge of car repairing and vehicle maintenance.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work full-time.
