📢 Hiring: Academic Telecaller

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven professional to join our team as an Academic Appointment Setter.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective parents and students.
• Introduce our academic counseling services and educational programs.
• Understand student requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Academic Counselors.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM.
• Performance ExpectationsMake 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Consistently schedule 6–7 qualified counseling meetings daily.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maximize appointment conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and students over the phone.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, education counseling, BYJU'S, Toppr, Unacademy, UpGrad, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
