Job Description – Team Leader (Business Loan Sales)Department: Sales – Business Loan
Work Profile: Field Sales & Team Handling
Reporting To: Sales Manager
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Loan Sales Team ko manage aur guide karna.
- Daily field visits, lead generation aur customer acquisition monitor karna.
- Monthly login, sanction aur disbursement targets achieve karna.
- Team members ke saath joint field visits karke business generate karna.
- Loan applications aur customer documents ki preliminary checking karna.
- Credit aur operations team ke saath coordination karke disbursement tak follow-up karna.
- Daily sales reports, team performance aur MIS maintain karna.
- Team members ko product knowledge aur sales training dena.
- Company policies, KYC norms aur documentation standards follow karwana.
- Required SkillsBusiness Loan / MSME Loan sales experience.
- Team handling aur field sales ka experience.
- Good communication, leadership aur negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach aur market knowledge.
