Job Title: Solar Rooftop Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, referrals, online channels, and government/industrial databases

- Consultative Selling: Understand customer electricity bills, calculate solar plant capacity, ROI, and savings. Present customized proposals

- Site Surveys: Coordinate with technical team for site visits and feasibility reports

- Sales Closure: Handle quotations, negotiations, documentation for net metering, subsidies, and financing

- Marketing: Run local marketing activities - society meetings, exhibitions, dealer tie-ups, digital ads, and awareness campaigns

- After-Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth handover to installation & service team. Maintain client relationship for referrals

- Reporting: Update CRM with leads, pipeline, and weekly targets. Track competitor pricing and market trends
