🧩 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong exposure to HVAC systems, CRP (Clean Room Panels), and Clean Room Furniture. The role involves B2B project sales, key account management, and business development across industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cleanroom projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Generate new business and manage end-to-end project sales for HVAC, CRP panels, and cleanroom furniture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, project managers, and end clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, tenders, and quotations.
  • Track leads, conduct site visits, and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and execution teams for smooth project handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical./ Graduate
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) – preferred.

 

Required Experience & Skills

 

 3–7+ years of B2B technical sales experience in:

HVAC systems Clean Room Panels / Insulated Panels (CRP)

Clean Room Furniture / Cleanroom solutions

Strong knowledge of project sales cycles and industrial/pharma projects.

 Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

 Add explore overseas business opportunities

Preferred Background

 

  • Experience handling pharma, biotech, healthcare, laboratories, industrial plants,
  • Existing network with consultants and contractors will be an added advantage.

 

 

 

What We Offer

 

  • Competitive salary (4,00,000 to 8,00,000 Annual CTC including variable pay)
