Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotation preparation.
- Regular follow-up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule meetings for senior sales executives whenever required.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Ability to prepare quotations.
- Follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- QualificationGraduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
- Fresher can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support or Marketing will be preferred.
