JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loan and Life Insurance products.

- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, terms, and benefits to prospective customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.

- Assist customers throughout the loan and insurance application process.

- Collect and verify the required customer documents.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely processing of applications.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good customer handling and convincing abilities.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Candidates with experience in Banking, Finance, Loans, or Insurance will be preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹17,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off

4 days off per month
