Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive who has strong market knowledge of Plywood and Architectural Hardware products. The candidate should have excellent dealer networking, distributor handling experience, and the ability to generate business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and interior designers.

Generate new business opportunities and increase market presence.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Conduct regular market visits and identify new potential customers.

Handle order processing, payment follow-ups, and customer support.

Promote company products through effective marketing and field activities.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for timely deliveries.

Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Plywood or Architectural Hardware industry.

Strong dealer and distributor network in the market.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle sales pressure and achieve targets.

Must be comfortable with travelling for market visits.

Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Particle Board, Veneer, or Architectural Hardware products.

Well-experienced in dealer handling and market development.

Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
