π¨ Urgent Hiring β Sales Engineer (HVAC) cum Back Office
Position: Sales Engineer (HVAC) cum Back Office
π Location: Makarpura Gidc, Vadodara, Gujarat.
π Industry: HVAC / Air Handling Units (AHU) / Industrial Air Conditioning Systems
π° Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ40,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)
π¨βπΌ Experience: 2 to 5 Years
π Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical / Any Graduate with HVAC Experience
π Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries through email and phone.
- Send quotations, follow-up emails, and maintain customer communication.
- Generate new business opportunities in HVAC, AHU, Ventilation, and Industrial Air Conditioning projects.
- Meet consultants, contractors, builders, industries, and corporate clients for business development.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales orders.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, purchase, and project teams for timely execution.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements when required.
- Maintain sales reports, customer database, and office documentation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform other sales coordination and back-office administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Experience in HVAC / AHU / Industrial Air Conditioning sales.
- Knowledge of HVAC products, ventilation systems, ducting, chillers, AHUs, and industrial cooling solutions.
- Experience in preparing quotations, costing, tender documentation, and email correspondence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle B2B sales and project-based selling.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, Industrial Equipment, Technical Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Good English communication and professional email drafting skills.
- Willing to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby industrial areas whenever required.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
