Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads from IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, Website, Email, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into purchase orders.
• Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain CRM, inquiry tracker, and sales reports.
• Support domestic and export sales activities.
• Assist in business development and market research.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate Diploma or Degree Engineering / B. Com
• Candidates - Female
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Operations, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and online business platforms.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
