Salary :- up to 3.00 LPA to 3.60 LPA


Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating with existing and prospective customers, managing leads, resolving customer queries, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales team. The role plays a critical part in driving business growth and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Relationship Management

  • Follow up regularly with existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Coordinate with new and prospective customers to generate business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely response to customer requirements and service requests.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.


Lead Management

  • Follow up on sales leads received through various channels.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead status and customer interactions.
  • Track lead progress and provide regular updates to management.


Customer Query Resolution

  • Address customer inquiries related to services, pricing, shipments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Escalate critical concerns to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally and efficiently.


Sales Coordination & Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business discussions with customers.
  • Support business development initiatives and sales campaigns.


MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records in the MIS system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MIS reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred) with Basic English Communication
  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, courier, or related industries will be an added advantage.
