Process incharge/ Engieer - O&M

Plant Manager –  (2 Posts)

Qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 8–10-year experience and Refinery experience should be 3 years.

Field of Experiences: Experience in the field of operation of Industrial water treatment plant. expert in Reverse Osmosis (RO)Plant, RO pretreatment, Demineralisation plant (DM), condensate policing unit (CPU), Effluent treatment plant (ETP) with ZLD (MEE). 

Monitors the daily operation of Industrial water treatment plant – RO and DM and ensure the production as per the contractual quality & quantity.

Knowledge in treatment plant operations, maintenances, chemical utilization & optimization, quality testing, Plant performance analysis, troubleshooting

Preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Work along with maintenance team for trouble free operations

Adhere company policy & EHS -safety standards and Quality standards, keeping all assets and work areas clean and ability to provide training to site operations team

Supervisor (DM plant & ZLD) – (2 Posts)

Qualification:  Degree/Diploma in Chemical with 3 – 5 years of Experience 

Field of Experiences: Experience in the field of operation of Industrial water treatment plant. expert in Reverse Osmosis (RO)Plant, RO pretreatment, Demineralisation plant (DM), condensate policing unit (CPU), Effluent treatment plant (ETP) with ZLD (MEE). 

Monitors the shift operation of Industrial water treatment plant – RO DM and ZLD ensure the production as per the contractual quality & quantity.

Coordination with operation team and maintenance team to ensure the contractual requirement and same to be reported to client daily basis.

Preparation & submission of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Work along with maintenance team for trouble free operations
