Job Description

Position: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director


We are seeking a highly competent, professional, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and official engagements.

Prepare professional presentations, reports, correspondence, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain systematic records and documentation related to ongoing executive projects.

Coordinate with internal departments, business partners, and clients on behalf of the Managing Director.

Monitor project timelines, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

Personal Assistance

Provide reliable personal support to the Managing Director in managing important commitments and schedules.

Handle sensitive personal and professional information with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Assist in organizing personal documentation, records, and arrangements when required.

Travel & Coordination

Travel with the Managing Director as per project and business requirements.

Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and meeting coordination.

Provide on-site assistance during project visits, business meetings, and official engagements.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital tools.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and reliability at all times.

Willingness to travel as required by project and business needs.
